Job Summary: The Key Account Team Manager for the Professional Products Division (PPD) drives brand growth and sustainable market share across large-scale chain salons and strategic partner accounts (including Kérastase and L'Oréal Professionnel). This role combines strategic commercial negotiation, joint business planning (JBP), brand-specific execution, and data-driven performance optimization.

Key Job Accountabilities (Core Responsibility Buckets)

1. Key Accounts & Chain Management (Commercial & Partnerships)

• Lead end-to-end relationship management and Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key accounts and strategic chain salons.
• Drive sales growth, increase In-Salon Market Share (ISMS), acquire new conquests, and manage account
• Conduct contract negotiations, commercial terms setting, and RGM-based rebates/incentive management.
• Acquire new large chain salons and manage key commercial districts (Cheongdam, Seongsu, Hongdae, etc.) and Business Partners.Manage loyalty programs, benefits, and events to deliver value while increasing sales. 
• Manage loyalty programs, partner benefits, and commercial events to deliver mutual value while driving sales growth.
• Protect brand equity and market integrity through grey market and unauthorized distribution control.

2. Brand-Specific Programs & Premium Salons (LP & Kérastase)

• Execute brand-specific strategies and sales targets for L'Oréal Professionnel and Kérastase portfolios.
• Focus on maximizing new product launches by collecting pro insights, salon adoption, and successful service integration. 
• Lead the opening, activation, and specialized management of brand initiatives such as Kerastase Le Lounge salons and L’Oreal Professionnel Color Bars. 
• Provide customized salon service menus (in-salon treatments and retail recommendations) and business consulting to maximize partner revenue. 
• Plan and operate Pro Club partnership initiatives, key salon events, and dedicated commercial programs.

3. Marketing, Education & Salon Activations

• Collaborate with marketing and education teams to execute integrated brand campaigns.
• Drive in-salon activations including salon services menus to boost sell-out and consumer consumption.
• Support digital programs, social media collaborations, influencer recruitment/management, and digital content utilization.
• Ideate and design effective commercial promotions and sales support materials.
• Coordinate and support online/offline product, technical, and business education to enhance salon revenue.

4. Data Analysis & Performance Optimization

• Conduct regular sales activity and performance reporting, customer data analysis, and sales forecasting.
• Optimize inventory management, promotion and Event operations.
• Track KPIs continuously to drive strategic adjustments and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Hair Professional Key Account or premium distribution channel management.
• Strong B2B sales contracting, growth strategy, and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-driven execution capabilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region.
