What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be a hands on contributor responsible for designing, building, and operating full stack solutions that support critical digital and MarTech capabilities. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver reliable, maintainable, and scalable software.

- Collaborate with Product and UX to translate requirements into well‑designed technical solutions.
- Write clean, testable, and well‑documented code across the full stack.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decision‑making.
- Ensure applications meet security, performance, and reliability standards.
- Integrate with third‑party and internal systems using RESTful APIs and event‑driven patterns.
- Support production systems, including troubleshooting issues and contributing to root‑cause analysis.
- Continuously improve engineering practices, tooling, and development workflows.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute positively to team culture.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
- Strong experience as a full stack developer working across backend and frontend technologies.
- Proficiency in Node.js and Java for backend development.

- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with distributed systems.
- Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, end‑to‑end).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
