Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to drive strategic initiatives and enterprise change management across the Commercial Banking (CB) and Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Merchant Services organization.

This highly visible role serves as the central point of coordination between Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, and other key business partners to ensure strategic initiatives are successfully executed from concept through implementation and ongoing optimization. The individual will play a critical role in advancing growth objectives, managing business transformation efforts, and enhancing operational effectiveness across the Merchant Services business.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, strategic thinker with strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and execution capabilities who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment.
