What role will you play?
You will support Talent Consultants and Talent Leads to deliver recurring Talent activities across CSG. You will coordinate operational plans and controls, manage high-volume data, and keep information, systems and outputs accurate and on schedule.You will manage Excel workbooks and SharePoint lists, validate and reconcile data, prepare reporting and resolve day-to-day issues. You will also help simplify, document and automate workflows, including through Power Automate.
Working closely with the wider Talent team, you will provide dependable support and contribute ideas that improve how we deliver services.
What you offer
- Bachelor’s degree or other relevant tertiary or professional qualification in business, operations, analytics, technology, HR or a related field
- Experience coordinating high-volume operational delivery and managing competing deadlines
- Advanced Excel skills, including managing large datasets, formulas, lookups, pivot tables, validation and reporting
- Experience managing SharePoint lists or similar tools, with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy
- Experience improving and automating workflows using Power Automate or similar tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
- A collaborative, service-oriented approach and care when handling sensitive people data
