Your work profile
· We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM /ITM/CSM Developer with 6–9 years of hands-on experience in ITSM/ITOM implementations, enhancements, and BAU support. The candidate should have strong expertise in configuring ITSM workflows, service catalog, integrations, automation using Flow Designer, and supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
Key skills required
5-8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Developer Platform.
Education - UG & Above
• ServiceNow SDK (NOW SDK): Local application initialization, metadata transformation, and scoped application deployment using IDEs such as VS Code
• ServiceNow Fluent: Application metadata, server-side JavaScript modules and thirdparty libraries
• Now Assist for Creator / GenAI: Code generation, development productivity and workflow automation
• ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog and SLM
• Platform Development: Flow Designer, ACLs, server-side/client-side APIs, workflows and email notifications
• Custom Scoped Application Development
• Testing & Platform: ATF, Reports, Dashboards, Import Sets, Transformations, Update Sets, System Clone and Upgrades
• Integrations: REST APIs, Integrations and Orchestration
• ITSM / CSM / Event Management
• MID Server, CMDB, Discovery and Asset Management
• Debugging & Troubleshooting
• Programming: Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery and JavaScript
• Web-based development technologies Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad Work Model: 5 days working from office - mandatory Please prioritize candidates with strong hands-on experience in NOW SDK, Fluent, scoped application development and Now Assist/GenAI
