As a Central Information Security Officer, you are the operational force behind the Information Security Officer (ISO) teams. You are working with different stakeholders throughout the IRM and IT organization to optimize processes and provide your valuable input through experience. You are the major organizing force in SSP request approvals and phishing campaigns, as well as do quality control of SOLID evidence.

As our Central Information Security Officer, you would have the following responsibilities:
- Cover approval of SSP request on a daily basis. Analyze the request, follow-up with the requestor, inform yourself on new developments and escalate to colleagues where needed.
- Own the execution of Phishing campaigns. Work together with the KBC awareness team and other KBC phishing stakeholders to develop, plan, run and report on all KBC BE spear and normal phishing campaigns.
- SOLID spot checks. Work with business domains on validating the provided evidence for SOLID compliance for their feature groups. Educate the business domains in expected delivery and perform quality control on their output.
- Cyber Risk Dashboard reporting. Collect data from different source systems to create a comprehensive overview of Information Security Risk governance for business domains.
- Participate in or lead process creation. Because of your experience in the operational side of processes, your input is invaluable in the creation or modification of a lot of processes.
Key competences that will help you succeed:
- A Bachelor's or a Master's degree related to IT or equivalent experience
- A love for cyber security and IT
- A CISSP, CISM or comparable IT security certificate, or the willingness to obtain a CISSP certificate
- You know how to translate technical cyber and security topics into added value for your customers
- The ability to work in a structured way in a sometimes unstructured organization
