About the Role
As a Senior Digital Risk Advisor, you'll serve as a trusted partner to our Digital and Technology Group Functions, ensuring that digital and technology risks are properly identified, assessed, and controlled. You'll play a pivotal role in building a robust risk culture while enabling innovation and business growth through effective, forward-thinking risk management practices. Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive risk assessments and control evaluations within our Digital and Technology Group Functions Unit (IT HR, Risk Management, CRES, and more)

Implement digital risk frameworks as a trusted advisor, ensuring IT threats and risks are clearly understood and managed across the organisation

Design and embed effective controls into operational procedures through close collaboration with technology teams

Drive automation of control processes and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen our overall risk posture

Build operational transparency through continuous monitoring and assessment of controls against our defined risk appetite

Coordinate audit activities and serve as the primary point of contact for Internal Audits, External Audits, and Compliance Risk Reviews

Provide expert guidance on digital risk and control activities within the Digital and Technology Group Functions

Champion risk awareness by staying current with evolving digital risk requirements and ensuring proper framework implementation

Foster innovation in risk management approaches and methodologies, bringing fresh perspectives to longstanding challenges

About You
You are a strategic thinker with a genuine passion for risk management and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving. You understand both the technical and business dimensions of digital risk and can communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels — from senior leaders to IT engineers. You are proactive, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and committed to continuous improvement. You bring confidence in decision-making and thrive in environments where things move quickly.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

Proven track record in IT risk and control-related roles such as IT Governance, IT Audit, or Digital Risk Management

Strong knowledge of Risk Management Frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 31000, COSO ERM, and NIST

Industry experience in insurance, reinsurance, or banking, with a solid understanding of modern technology solutions and their associated risks

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders across all levels of the organisation

Fluency in spoken and written English, enabling clear and effective collaboration across global teams

Professional qualifications such as CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, or equivalent certifications

Experience with control automation and continuous monitoring techniques

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative networks across IT domains and business functions

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
