- 3 years of corporate recruiting background, including sourcing and full life cycle recruitment experience;
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence others and guide Hiring Managers;
- Precision, strong commitment and high energy;
- Project management expertise;
- Ability to deal with different deadlines, ad-hoc requests and prioritize the different tasks;
- Fluent in Italian and English.
