Working at CreditSights offers the chance to be part of a premier independent credit research firm, renowned for its in-depth analysis and insights. This role provides the opportunity to work within a team focused on operational transformation, partnering closely with Operations, Product, Engineering and Project Management to help build agentic-first operations across the workflows that support our research, legal, content and data products.
About the Team
The Transformation, Automation & Innovation team sits within CreditSights Operations and focuses on improving how operational work is designed, controlled and delivered. Its mandate is to advance agentic-first operations, identifying high-value opportunities for process improvement and automation, working with operational subject-matter experts to understand current workflows, and partnering with Product and Engineering to move practical solutions into production.
The successful candidate will report into the Associate Director leading this team, working closely alongside a Project Manager and embedded technical delivery partners from Product and Engineering. This role will own operational problem definition, workflow redesign and business requirements for assigned initiatives end-to-end, and will support adoption and realised benefits, with the Associate Director setting overall team priorities.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Conduct current-state process discovery and future-state workflow design with operational teams, identifying manual effort, control gaps, bottlenecks and opportunities to improve quality, speed and scalability.
- Own business requirements definition for assigned workflows end-to-end, from problem discovery through to adoption and realised benefit, keeping the Associate Director informed on scope and priorities.
- Partner with Product, Engineering and embedded technical delivery partners to translate operational needs into clear, testable requirements and support deployment of automation and AI-enabled solutions into controlled production workflows.
- Contribute to measures for realised value, including reductions in manual effort, cycle time and rework, and improvements in quality, capacity, reliability and user adoption.
- Help define appropriate controls, evaluation measures and human oversight for AI-enabled workflows, ensuring solutions are reliable, traceable and suitable for use in a controlled operational environment.
You May Be a Good Fit If
- You have hands-on experience with operational improvement, workflow redesign, automation or business change, ideally within a complex organisation.
- You have practical experience mapping processes, defining requirements and supporting solutions through testing, implementation and adoption.
- You can manage priorities across a portfolio of concurrent initiatives.
- You can work effectively across operational and technical teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders and use evidence to support decisions.
What Would Make You Stand Out
- Experience delivering workflow automation or AI-enabled solutions into a live operational environment.
- Experience working with software engineers, Product Managers, data specialists or cross-functional delivery teams to move solutions from discovery and prototyping into live operations.
- Understanding of agentic AI and agentic-first operations, generative AI assistants, intelligent workflow orchestration, document extraction, classification and routing, knowledge retrieval, automated quality assurance, exception management, data ingestion and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Experience in financial services, credit research, legal operations, content operations, data operations or another controlled environment.
