The Digital & Agentic Analytics Manager is a key role in our efforts to scale value realisation and drive adoption for our customers. Today, much of what we build and launch – digital journeys, agentic workflows, and the go-to-market campaigns that introduce new enhancements – goes live without a clear, consistent way to see how it changes customer product usage. This role closes that gap: building the testing and measurement capability – grounded in usage, consumption and customer satisfaction outcomes – that turns a launch into a verdict, and that verdict into a clear recommendation on what to scale, change or stop. As digital and agentic ways of working increasingly converge, this role sits at the centre of that convergence, measuring impact across both in the same way so colleagues can prioritise what matters most and customers see value sooner.
Key skills and responsibilities
- Deep understanding of how usage and outcome data can advise decisions on digital journeys, agentic workflows and go-to-market campaigns.
- Practical understanding of agentic AI and autonomous agent systems – how they operate, where they create value, and what good performance looks like – so that measurement approaches fit agentic workflows and not just static content or campaigns.
- Ability to form positive relationships with colleagues across SAM, Digital, Product Analytics, agentic delivery and product teams, understand their current questions and opportunities, and provide guidance on how testing and measurement can advise critical decisions.
- Ability to lead measurement projects from start to finish, including resolving desired objectives and outcomes, questions and hypotheses, understanding data requirements, data extraction and manipulation, analysis, management, and results presentation.
- Ability to communicate in a concise manner to a senior audience, presenting outcome evidence and recommendations to business partners.
- Able to translate usage and consumption data into what it means for the customer and the business – the “so what” – resulting in clear recommendations and positive outcomes.
- Ability to see opportunities for improvements in underlying data quality and reporting, including within our voice-of-customer and usage data sources.
- Intellectual curiosity, strong analytical reasoning skills.
- Consultative, collaborative approach and positive attitude.
Key skills
- Expertise using data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and tools (for example agent orchestration platforms and retrieval-augmented generation), sufficient to design meaningful evaluation criteria for agentic workflows.
- Experience writing SQL and using ETL tools to extract and transform data from a data warehouse (Snowflake).
- Ability to design and run A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
- Able to explain technical subjects to non-technical colleagues.
- Comfortable working with large, complex data sets drawn from multiple sources.
