This is an exciting opportunity to join J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Solution’s International Insurance team. The team builds and scales the client and advisor experience for international clients purchasing insurance, while also translating regional market needs into durable platform capabilities.
As a Product Manager on the team, you will be involved in supporting roadmap delivery for Asia markets by translating regional needs into prioritized work and driving execution with a strong emphasis on efficient technology use and AI-enabled capabilities.
Job responsibilities:
- Support definition and delivery of end-to-end client and advisor journeys for Asia markets across digital and assisted channels.
- Partner with regional stakeholders to gather requirements and document market-specific needs, constraints, and handoffs.
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows; maintain a well-groomed backlog aligned to the roadmap.
- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Operations, and Controls partners to ensure solutions are usable, scalable, and compliant.
- Help deliver AI-enabled features (e.g., smarter routing, advisor assist tools, guided servicing), including supporting testing and measurement.
- Track delivery status, dependencies, risks, and releases; ensure readiness materials and communications are prepared.
- Monitor KPIs and client/advisor feedback; propose iterative improvements based on data and user insights.
- Contribute to reusability and standardization by identifying opportunities for shared components across regions.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 5+ years of experience in product, business analysis, digital delivery, or agile roles.
- Experience working on customer-facing or advisor-facing experiences in financial services, insurance, or other regulated environments.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and user stories.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders across time zones.
- Interest in AI-enabled product capabilities and willingness to learn governance and measurement best practices.
- Clear written communication and strong organizational skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Familiarity with Asia insurance distribution models and/or cross-border client journeys.
- Experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence) and basic analytics (funnels, conversion, cycle time).
- Exposure to CRM/workflow tools, onboarding, document collection, or servicing experiences.
- Additional Asia language capability (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese).
