Job overview:

Here at AXA Health, we’re excited to announce a new opportunity for a Pricing Underwriters to join our dynamic commercial department on a 12 month fixed term contract.

As a Pricing Underwriter, you’ll be responsible for setting prices and managing a varied portfolio of large corporate renewals. Your role will involve negotiating terms, tracking portfolio performance, and understanding how your efforts influence overall Large Corporate results. You’ll apply your risk assessment expertise to underwrite large corporate clients, working closely with our sales team to support the renewal of existing accounts and to attract new business. Key responsibilities: 

Work arrangements:

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week away from home, moving three days a week from 1st December 2026. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. You’ll be required in the office for 5 days per week for the first 8-12 weeks of your training.

Your skills & experience:

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
