Your work profile
- As a Consultant in our Cyber: Identity Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Support and monitor the execution of user access management controls (ITGC)
- Collaborate with multiple service teams to continuously improve the UAM controls control design/implementation
- Liaising with the auditors and support evidence gathering for the periodic audits
- Provide analysis to support remediation activities which are part of observations/ findings from the internal/external audits
- Hands on development of security controls and documenting controls per audit guidelines
- Manage the expectations of various stakeholders and liaising with the service managers and auditors
Key skills required:
- 5+ yrs of experience in risk assessment, controls implementation and IT audits
- Strong working knowledge of user access management controls and IT control testing methodologies
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with IAM tools such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, and EntraID is an advantage
- B.E./B.Tech (Tier 1/2) or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
