Your work profile

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Project Manager with 6+ years of experience operates at a Mid-Senior to Senior level. At this stage, professionals are expected to move past simple coordination and actively own the strategic execution of high-budget or multitrack initiatives, manage cross-functional global teams, and directly interface with executive stakeholders.

• End-to-End Lifecycle Ownership: Define project goals, establish clear scopes, and develop comprehensive work breakdown structures (WBS).
• Change Governance: Proactively manage scope changes, perform impact assessments, and execute change orders to mitigate scope creep.
• Methodology Application: Select and tailor appropriate methodologies—such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall—to fit the specific dynamic of the project. 

• Budget Accountability: Control project costs, track dynamic financial forecasts, and manage multi-million-dollar project expenditures.
• Capacity Planning: Coordinate resource allocations across cross-functional internal departments and third-party vendors, balancing workloads effectively.

• Executive Presentation: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and C-suite executives, hosting steering committees and delivering structured status reports.
• Team Mentorship: Lead, motivate, and mentor junior project managers or coordinators, cultivating a high-performance team culture. 
• Risk & Conflict Management: Formulate proactive risk mitigation plans and resolve operational bottlenecks or internal team conflicts swiftly. 

Key skills required

• • Project Planning & Scope: Define clear project scopes, goals, work breakdown structures (WBS), and deliverables in alignment with business objectives. 
  • Budget & Resource Management: Estimate costs, draft budget proposals, monitor expenditures, and allocate human and technical resources efficiently. 
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Assemble, guide, and motivate cross-functional project teams; mentor junior coordinators. 
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project bottlenecks or financial risks, create proactive mitigation plans, and resolve team conflicts. 
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent communication channels with clients, vendors, and executive leadership through regular status reports and reviews. 
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality benchmarks, industry standards, and contractual terms.
  • Project Closure: Conduct post-mortem analyses, document lessons learned, and archive project data.
  • SDLC Lifecycle Management: Govern full-lifecycle software development initiatives using Agile, Scrum, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies, coordinating sprints, backlogs, and release trains. 

Price Fx

✅ 3-8 years of experience in PriceFX development/design

✅ Expertise in PriceFX modules, accelerators amp; deployment architecture

✅ Strong Java/Groovy, SQL, REST API amp; system integration experience

✅ Ability to lead technical design, PoCs, feasibility assessments amp; code reviews

✅ Certification in PriceFX Configuration Engineering is mandatory
