Position Overview

The Senior Data Specialist serves as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the TAI Reinsurance Administration platform supporting Retro Operations. This role is responsible for the integrity, governance, and optimization of retrocession data and system processes, ensuring accurate and timely premium, claims, in-force, and financial reporting.

The position plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence through system administration, data management, audit readiness, stakeholder support, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role bridges business and technical functions, providing expertise on TAI functionality, data architecture, enhancements, integrations, and operational processing.

Our base salary range for this role is between $90,000and $110,000 per year, plus an opportunity for an annual company bonus based upon a percentage of eligible pay. The salary estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for candidates hired in this position. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to internal equity.

This role is located in our Toronto office on 390 Bay St, and we operate in a hybrid work model. This job posting is for a new vacancy.
