This role manages the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies across all internal channels, develops compelling content, and partners strategically with business leaders to foster employee understanding and engagement. The Senior Manager oversees all internal channels ensuring content is clear, engaging and strategically aligned with company culture, values and strategy and adoption.
Key Responsibilities Communications Strategy & Planning
· Develop and implement robust communication strategies that proactively support key business initiatives and overarching organizational priorities.
· Collaborate strategically with HR and senior business leaders to ideate, co-create and execute communication plans for commercial and corporate objectives.
· Oversee and manage the annual internal communications editorial calendar and closely collaborate with Commercial Excellence on the capacity calendar and liaise for any commercial operations communications/newsletters.
Content Development
· Partner with Director on the internal communications governance and ExCo comms strategy to develop high impact executive messages, company-wide announcements, videos, internal newsletters, presentations, and comprehensive internal campaigns that align with the strategy.
· Simplify complex business information into clear, concise, and highly engaging communications tailored for diverse employee audiences.
· Identify and develop compelling storytelling opportunities that authentically reinforce company culture, values, and strategic priorities.
· Create Verbal digital, visual, reoccurring, communications collateral, toolkits Channel Management
· Lead the day-to-day strategy, optimization, and governance of all internal communication channels, including the intranet, email newsletters, video platform, VivaEngage and digital signage.
· Define and implement the optimal channel mix, timing, and audience segmentation strategies to maximize communication reach and impact. · Establish and maintain rigorous publishing calendars and comprehensive channel governance frameworks. Campaign Management
· Strategically lead and execute complex enterprise-wide communications campaigns from initial planning to successful delivery. · Collaborate closely with the Assistant Manager to creatively bring campaigns to life through impactful visual assets,
engaging events, and innovative employee engagement initiatives.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
· Establish and implement metrics to rigorously measure communication effectiveness, leveraging engagement data, analytics, and employee feedback.
· Proactively recommend and implement data-driven improvements to communication channels, formats, and overall content strategy. Key Partners

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience preferred.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, attention to detail is a must.
- Event management skills a must.
- Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to demonstrate strong analytical and visualization skills via presentations and reports, clearly communicating large amounts of information precisely and creatively.
- Must be entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working in a small team environment where self-sufficiency is essential.
- Must display maturity in interfacing with executives and handling confidential information.
- Must take and active interest in the luxury industry and competitive landscape.
