Job ID 94119 Company Unicredit S.p.A. - Romania Branch Competence Line Digital Country Romania Job Type Professional Functional area Digital & Data Working time model Full-time Contact usrecruitingit@unicredit.eu;stefania-andreea.neagu@unicredit.euThe ICT Infra Service Mgmt Specialist (ServiceNow Developer) contributes to the evolution and optimization of ICT services by developing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT standards.
What you'll be doing
- Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, GRC).
- Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, client/server scripts, and integrations.
- Support the evolution of ICT services by identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with ICT, business stakeholders, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with internal standards.
- Participate in testing, deployments, upgrades, and platform enhancements.
- Provide documentation and second-level support for implemented solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and coding standards.
What you'll need to succeed
Technical- Solid experience with ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, XML).
- Hands-on knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Familiarity with CMDB and data models.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and service evolution.
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Autonomous on standard developments and configurations.
- Requires limited supervision on complex topics.
