The Allianz Externship is a 2‑day learning and selection program designed for individuals exploring a career in financial advisory and sales. This program provides a structured introduction to Allianz Malaysia, our customer-focused approach, and the opportunities for a career with Allianz for those with an entrepreneurial mindset.

What We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants who:

- Attend the first 1.5‑Days session to have an understanding of the program (Dates based on respective region)
- Selection interview on Day 2
- Selected participants will receive role offers in the Allianz Externship Programme
