About the Job
We are looking for an Enterprise Solutions Architect to join Paul’s team and lead a major global project, alongside multiple parallel local initiatives. In this role, you will drive alignment across diverse legal topics, architectural landscapes, and business capabilities to establish a scalable global framework.
You will partner closely with our Lead Architect and key stakeholders to shape the target architecture, define standards, and ensure consistency across our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable and secure software architecture that aligns with business goals and supports long-term growth.
- Ensure smooth project delivery by proactively enabling progress and removing blockers. Gain a deep understanding of each project phase and stakeholder requirements to design and implement solutions that meet both business and technical needs.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies to ensure system efficiency, maintainability, future-proofing, and compliance with internal corporate standards.
- Keep track of design choices and architecture to ensure everything is well documented.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Bring to the Team
Strong experience in enterprise solution architecture, with a proven ability to design and deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to navigate complex decision-making environments at senior leadership level.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, global setting.
AI literacy, with a clear interest in leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance processes and drive innovation at an organizational level.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for staying up to date with the latest technology trends, combined with a solid technical understanding to translate new concepts and ideas into practical solutions.
