Internship in Asset & Transaction Management at UBS, Amsterdam - 6+ months support role.
Hands‑on real estate management, investment analytics and AI‑assisted workflows in a diverse, international team.
Your role
Are you ambitious, motivated and eager to learn? Do you want to be a part of an international team with a successful real estate business? We are looking for someone who can provide support during a period of at least six months in:
- the daily management of real estate
- investment calculations and presentation preparations
- preparing Hold/sell analysis
- Real Estate market research
- implementation on asset upgrade strategies
- communication with property managers, brokers and other stakeholders
- leasing of vacant properties
- administrative processes

Your team
You’ll be part of our Benelux & Nordics- team, located in Amsterdam (Rembrandt Tower). We are a small, ambitious, professional and international team.
Your expertise
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office (especially Microsoft Office Excel)
- Excellent grades
- Experience in or knowledge of real estate
- Interest in the real estate market
- A degree in Economics, Real Estate subjects preferable
- Strong English and Dutch language skills
- You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
