Your role
Are you passionate about working with people and investments? We’re looking for someone who can:
- Manage a portfolio of HNW/UHNW/GFIW clients across Greater China and Southeast Asia
- Deliver proactive strategic and tactical investment advice across all asset classes with a particular strength in equities
- Create and implement investment proposals tailored to client risk profiles, objectives, and CIO views
- Ensure smooth execution of daily trading activities and respond to client queries
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and health checks
- Adhere to regulatory, policy, and quality standards, contributing to a strong risk culture

Your team
You’ll be working in the Premium Advisory Specialist team (PAS) covering clients out of Hong Kong. We provide proactive investment advice based on the UBS investment policy, and support clients in the implementation of appropriate investment products and strategies. We monitor the portfolios on an ongoing basis, execute and report client trades, maintain up-to-date client records and documentation to ensure adherence to agreed investment mandate objectives (SAA/TAA), compliance requirements and trading procedures.
Your expertise
- • Minimum 10 years of experience in wealth management, investment banking research/sales & trading, or asset management
- • Proven success in delivering investment advice to private or institutional clients
- • Preferably with experience in equity research or equity sales
- • Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and a commitment to high ethical standards
- • Ability to track market developments and anticipate trends
- • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field; CFA is a plus
- • Fluency in English and either Mandarin or Cantonese to support our local client base
- • Curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
