\ \ \We’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager in Japan Wholesale Client Coverage to:
\- \
- Focus on developing new business opportunities with the third party distribution channels in Japan \
- Form and execute a strategy that will maximize sales and deliver high quality service to new and existing clients \
- Strengthen relationships and coverage at multiple levels with long‑term existing clients, while expanding existing business with fund distributors \
- Contribute to the team to maximize business and increase penetration of asset management products in Japan, working closely with internal teams \

\ \ \Your expertise
\- \
- Ideally 10 years’ experience in asset management or related field \
- Proven track record in fund business at an asset management company or financial services organization \
- Established excellent, long‑term relationships at multiple levels with large distributors; client-minded and strong communicator \
- Fluent in Japanese and English \
- Strong integrity and high ethical standards \
- Highly motivated, dynamic and responsive \
- An excellent communicator, with great presentation skills \
- Entrepreneurial, client‑centric and solutions oriented, with capability to perform in a global organization \
- You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use. \
