Your role
Are you an analytical person interested in working with data and improving internal processes? We are looking for an intern to join our Process & Quality Specialists team, supporting process automation and data-driven insights:
- preparation and automation of internal reports
- automation of internal control routines and operational processes
- support for the team’s daily activities

Your team
You will be working within the UBS Wealth Management business division, alongside a highly motivated team in a dynamic and diverse environment. Process & Quality Specialists provide specialized review and support across several processes, performing analytical reviews, offering support, delivering solutions, and interacting with all teams within the Wealth Management division. We are a department that values and is committed to realizing the firm’s ambitions regarding diversity and inclusion, which are an integral part of our global cultural values.
Your expertise
- students of Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields, with expected graduation in Jul/2027 or later
- availability to work on-site in São Paulo
- ideally advanced English (written and spoken)
- proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- knowledge of programming languages is a plus
- organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
