Payment Specialist – Real Estate DACH Product Services (German) – manage invoicing, payment runs, and vendor data in Wrocław.

Your role
Are you interested in real estate investment products and an expert in payments? As a Payment Specialist, you will ensure smooth processing of invoices, accurate vendor data and timely payments. In this role, you support daily tasks while actively contributing to ongoing process improvements.
- process, review and post accounts payable invoices (incl. account assignment, VAT review, plausibility checks and document controls)
- reconcile and clarify vendor accounts (e.g. reminders, cash discounts, variances, credit notes, queries)
- maintain vendor master data including new setup, changes, bank details/IBAN, payment terms
- prepare, execute and monitor payment runs:
- create and review payment proposals and obtain internal approvals
- initiate payments, review payment logs and follow up on error messages
- document payment runs and file/archive in accordance with guidelines
- serve as a point of contact for internal and external enquiries
- contribute to process improvements (e.g., accounting software upgrade)

Your team
You will work in the Product Services team of Real Estate DACH – Germany, Austria, Switzerland in Wroclaw. As a Payment Specialist, you play an important role in supporting the product services team and ensuring efficient financial operations.
Your expertise
- ideally 2-3 years of experience working in a similar role with a background in real estate
- bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or related field / or similar education
- excellent command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- collaborative personality, with the ability to complete tasks independently
- methodical and accurate team player with good analytical and numerical skills
- fluent in German and English in order to service our local client base
- you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
