Your role
Are you interested in research? Are curious and committed? We are looking for an intern to:
- assist on the preparation of equity research reports
- handle and extract conclusions of proprietary and public databases
- help in updating models for companies within the coverage
- contribute to reports that will be published
- participate in companies and experts’ meetings and calls
- support the analysts in daily activities

Your team
You’ll be working in the Equity Research team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. We’re responsible for analyzing companies’ performance by identifying investment opportunities. As an equity research intern, you’ll help our team monitor market trend, track economic movements, and assess the impact of regulation on the sector, having the opportunity to expand your knowledge on Equity Research.
Your expertise
- students of Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related areas with graduation date on Dec/27 or after
- availability to work 30h/week onsite
- ideally advanced English (writing and speaking)
- solid Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- organized and able to work with autonomy
- good communication and presentation skills (Portuguese and English)
- strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
