Senior Growth Marketing Strategist for UBS Wealth Management across APAC.
Lead digital acquisition, data-driven marketing, and innovation across Hong Kong, Singapore, China, SEA, and Australia.
Your role
UBS Wealth Management is looking for a senior marketer who combines strategic thinking with deep expertise in digital client acquisition and growth marketing.
This is not a traditional brand marketing role.
What you'll do
Drive Client Acquisition Across APAC
- Help define and drive Wealth Management's regional digital acquisition strategy.
- Build scalable acquisition programs that generate awareness, engagement, qualified leads and client growth.
- Identify emerging opportunities across paid media, social platforms, search, partnerships, influencers, content ecosystems and new digital channels.
- Develop full-funnel growth strategies spanning acquisition, nurturing, conversion and retention.
Shape the Future of Wealth Marketing
- Work closely with our Heads of Marketing for Greater China, SEA, Japan and Australia to maximise and enrich regional marketing plans
- Partner with stakeholders across Wealth Management, Investment Banking and Asset Management to bring integrated client propositions to market.
- Help UBS connect with the next generation of wealth creators and beneficiaries, including entrepreneurs, digitally native investors and future inheritors of wealth.
- Work with our Marketing Intelligence team translating market insights, consumer behaviour and cultural trends into differentiated growth opportunities.
Drive Experimentation and Innovation
- Champion test-and-learn methodologies and growth experimentation.
- Leverage audience insights, first-party data, personalization and AI‑enabled marketing approaches.
- Explore new marketing models, technologies and partnerships that can accelerate client acquisition and engagement.
Accelerate Performance Through Data
- Establish acquisition, engagement and conversion metrics across markets.
- Build measurement frameworks linking marketing investment to pipeline, lead generation and business outcomes.
- Optimize media, creative and channel performance using data‑led decision making.
Influence Across the Region
- Partner with country marketing leaders across Greater China, Southeast Asia, Japan and Australia.
- Provide strategic direction on growth priorities, go‑to‑market strategy and regional initiatives.
- Act as a senior advisor to business and marketing leadership teams across APAC.

Your team
The Global Wealth Management (GWM) Marketing team partners and collaborates with GWM to support business on communications, marketing strategy, data and analytics while supporting the broader GWM overall strategic direction of the firm using client insights, Client Advisor sentiment and market research and analytics to ensure we are personalized, relevant, on‑time and seamless.
Your expertise
- 10+ years in growth marketing, digital acquisition, marketing strategy or customer growth.
- Proven experience building and scaling customer acquisition programs.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, paid media, CRM, lifecycle marketing, SEO, content ecosystems and digital measurement.
- Experience using data and experimentation to improve acquisition and conversion outcomes.
- Track record of driving business growth through marketing, rather than solely managing brand campaigns.
- Experience working across multiple APAC markets.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in complex organizations.
Experience in wealth management is valuable but not essential.
