Lead client relationships in global clearing markets as UBS Clearing Relationship Manager in Hong Kong.

Your role

Are you a client focused individual with a passion for business enablement and building long‑term partnerships?

We’re looking for someone like you to:

Partner with Sales to support conversion of new clearing opportunities, including pitches for new business and participate in client meetings for clearing domain topic expertise
Provide support to accelerate and more effectively manage complex mandate go‑lives
Deliver UBS’ product, service and platform capabilities to clients, capturing client feedback on product offering and proactively identifying ways to partner on new business or service optimization
Build a deep understanding of clients and their needs and challenges, prioritizing impactful enhancements addressing their requirements
Stay informed about broader industry and regulatory development to deliver content and insights that will differentiate UBS as a strategic clearing partner and deepen existing relationships
Manage relationships with exchanges, CCPs and other market infrastructure partners, understand their roadmap to drive business development and ensure clients are informed and supported on market developments

Your team

You will be working in the Clearing Relationship Management team in Hong Kong, within the Clearing Business. We are a client facing team focused on client business enablement across cleared derivatives.

We provide clients with product and service expertise, alongside insights through derivatives market structure content.

As specialists in exchange traded and OTC cleared derivatives, we work closely with internal stakeholders and external market participants to support clients and meet their requirements. Building strong client relationships and developing a deep understanding of our clients’ needs are central to how we work.

Your expertise

You have:

Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
Understanding of cleared derivatives

You are

A strong verbal and written communicator, with a keen attention to detail
Analytical and structured, able to break down complex client needs
A self starter, comfortable operating independently while managing multiple client priorities in parallel
Client centric, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks
Thrives in fast‑paced environment and able to easily switch between priorities and day to day activities
Highly collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Client Services, Operations, Technology, Legal and external partners
You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
