Your role
Are you skilled at developing wealth management strategies? Does financial data excite you?
We’re looking for a Registered Client Associate to:
- assist financial advisors in client conversations, providing analytic information and aiming to understand the client’s goals
- provide support for client relationship building and business development activities
- keep management systems up-to-date with client information
- educate clients on account services and capabilities
- help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
- collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests

Your team
You’ll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. As a Registered Client Associate, you’ll play an important role in team efficiency and relationship management.
Your expertise
- series 7 and 66 licenses
- ideally 5+ years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
- bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- excellent communicator, with top‑notch interpersonal skills
- analytical and logical
- team player
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
