Your role
Are you truly service oriented? Do you know how to take care of people?
We’re looking for a somebody to:
- keep management systems up-to-date with client information
- educate clients on account services and capabilities
- help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
- collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
- plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
- provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

Your team
You will support a team of Financial Advisors in Rochester NY with particular focus on assisting their high-net-worth clients. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of administrative support and client service.
Your expertise
- series 7 and 66 licenses (for registered CSAs only)
- licenses preferred but not needed at the time of hire
- ideally 3+ years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
- college degree focusing on finance/banking
- excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
- detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full‑time equivalent role: • United States - New York - Rochester min USD 55000 - max USD 60000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
