Are you ready to shape the future of our insurance solutions for small enterprises and self-employed clients? As a Senior Product Manager, you play a key role in developing, positioning and ensuring the profitability of our product offering within the business segment.
What does your job as a Senior Product Manager look like?
You take the lead in developing and improving products and services for small businesses and self-employed clients
You coordinate the full product development lifecycle, from concept, conditions and governance to launch preparation, working closely with multiple internal stakeholders
You monitor market trends and evolving customer needs, translating them into innovative product solutions
You help define the positioning of our product portfolio across the market and our distribution channels
You analyze market data, customer insights and distributor needs to support strategic decision-making
You monitor product profitability and initiative targeted improvements where needed
You build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal product positioning
This is how you perfectly fit into the team
You have a strong and broad knowledge of business insurance (including Property, Motor, Liability, Business Interruption, Accident and Electronics)
You have at least 5 years of experience as a product manager within an insurance company in one or more of these areas. Experience as an underwriting assistant or underwriter within this segment is considered an asset
You are familiar with the business insurance market and the broker landscape
You combine analytical thinking with a customer- and results-oriented mindset and take initiative proactively
You have strong communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at different levels
You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of French and English
You are a team player, eager to learn and open to change
You hold a master’s degree (preferably in law) or equivalent experience
