Responsibilities
Design Creation: Create clear, straightforward solutions for complex product and interface challenges.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product Manager, Design Lead and development team to create an amazing user experience
Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine and improve design work.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
File Management: Organize and maintain design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived.
What makes you the perfect fit
Experience : 5+ years of experience in UX and product design across web and mobile platforms.
Technical Skills : Expert in Figma, with a solid understanding of design systems and UIKit principles.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data to enhance design.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present and explain project solutions to the team.
Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team.
Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Will be a plus
Experience in finance or trading domain
Familiarity with TradingView as a product
The ability to understand technical implications in their design decisions
General understanding of product metrics
