You will primarily be responsible for:
- Assisting in the collection and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) from various IT teams
- Helping maintain the KPI framework, ensuring its accuracy and relevancy
- Supporting the analysis of KPIs to identify areas of focus and improvement
- Contributing to the preparation of reports and presentations based on KPI findings for IT management and group stakeholders
- Aiding in the development and dissemination of communications within IT teams, ensuring quality and consistency of external communications
- Helping organise and coordinate weekly workshops with IT management, taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions
- Providing administrative and project support to the PMO Lead
- Assisting in various transformation initiatives as directed by the PMO Lead
Your profile:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field
- Strong interest in project management and IT within the financial sector
- Basic understanding of data analysis and KPIs
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools is advantageous
- Fluency in French and English is required; proficiency in Italian or Portuguese is a plus
