Data Analyst & Automated Reporting Specialist – Rome, Euronext MTS (mid level, data science & analytics).
Shape capital markets through data analysis, BI, and automated reports on a leading European fixed‑income trading platform.
Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Data Analysis and Automated Reports Development specialist to join the MTS team. The position will be based in Rome, and start as soon as possible. You will report to the Market Surveillance Manager.
Starting annual gross salary - 35.600 euro
You will primarily be responsible for:
- Writing technical documentation for internal and external use
- Maintaining web front-end pages for clients and internal management
- Checking and analysing market data and generating periodic reports for management, sales and customers
- Collaborating with development teams and product managers to implement software solutions
- Developing new reports for market participants, issuers, universities and internal management
- Ensuring data accuracy, integrity and security in all reporting activities
Your profile:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or IT roles, ideally within financial markets or market infrastructure
- Degree in engineering, computer science or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office VBA and .NET programming (Visual Studio)
- Familiarity with Windows Server OS, Windows 11 client OS and SQL/SQL Server
- Understanding of web server OS, JavaScript, PHP and FTP/SFTP server management
- Excellent analytical mindset, attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Team-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in Italian and English
