Our solutions include Test & Learn, Consumer Credit Analytics, Card Lifecycle Solutions, Merchant Lifecycle Analytics, Privacy Technology, and other advanced data and AI-driven offerings.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the Asia Pacific sales strategy for Mastercard's Advanced Analytics portfolio across Financial Institutions.
- Drive revenue growth through the sale of Test & Learn and broader Advanced Analytics solutions to the region's largest banks, issuers, acquirers, digital banks, and fintech organizations.
- Build, develop, and manage a multimillion-dollar pipeline of strategic opportunities across priority markets and accounts.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract signature and expansion.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders, analytics executives, product leaders, marketing leaders, risk executives, and innovation teams.
- Position Mastercard as a strategic partner supporting clients' growth, customer engagement, portfolio optimization, and digital transformation objectives.
- Develop account-specific growth strategies and executive engagement plans for strategic Financial Institution clients.
- Collaborate closely with Mastercard account management teams, Services sales specialists, product organizations, consulting teams, and regional leadership to originate and close opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to bundle Advanced Analytics capabilities with broader Mastercard Services solutions and strategic initiatives.
- Represent Mastercard at industry forums, executive briefings, and client events across Asia Pacific.
- Serve as the senior face of Mastercard Advanced Analytics for Financial Institutions across the region.
Experience
- 15+ years of progressive enterprise sales, business development, consulting, analytics, software, SaaS, data, or technology solution sales experience.
- Significant experience selling to Financial Institutions, including retail banks, commercial banks, issuers, acquirers, payment companies, and fintech organizations.
- Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales engagements with annual contract values in the millions of dollars.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering sustained revenue growth.
- Experience leading highly matrixed opportunities involving multiple internal and external stakeholders across countries and functions.
- Extensive experience engaging senior executives and influencing strategic decisions at C-suite and Board-1 levels.
Expertise
- Deep understanding of the Financial Institutions landscape across Asia Pacific, including payments, consumer banking, lending, cards, deposits, digital banking, merchant acquiring, and emerging fintech ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of analytics, experimentation, AI, customer lifecycle management, portfolio optimization, marketing effectiveness, and risk management solutions.
- Ability to translate complex analytical capabilities into measurable business outcomes and ROI for clients.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience developing business cases, account strategies, and long-term growth plans.

Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of senior banking, payments, and fintech executives across Asia Pacific.
- Experience selling analytics, AI, data, or decisioning platforms to Financial Institutions.
- MBA or equivalent advanced business degree preferred.
