Key Responsibilities
Market Execution & Issuer Engagement:
- Support markets and AEs in executing issuer growth strategies, campaigns, and portfolio initiatives
- Assist in the development of new program opportunities, including consumer-to-SMB, fintech, and expansion plays
- Contribute to pipeline development, client engagements, and go-to-market execution
- Coordinate program rollout activities across priority markets
Data, Insights & Opportunity Identification:
- Analyze portfolio, issuer, and market data to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps
- Support the development of issuer mapping, market assessments, and opportunity analyses
- Track and monitor key business metrics including PV, CIF, activation, and spend
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner Product, Marketing, VCA, Partnerships, and market teams to support strategic initiatives
- Assist in the localization and execution of regional strategies and programs
- Support the creation and deployment of sales, clients, and market enablement materials
Product & Solution Enablement:
- Develop expertise in Small Business products, value propositions, and emerging payment solutions
- Support product commercialization, launches, and enhancement initiatives
- Assist in embedding value-added services and partner solutions into issuer propositions.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
What you will need:
- 6-8 years of experience in payments, banking, consulting, strategy, fintech, or related industries.
- Experience in SMB, commercial cards, business banking, or B2B payments preferred.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively across a matrixed organization and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
What will also help:
- Solid understanding of the payment industry and domestic and cross border payment flows
- Knowledge of new developments in the payments industry, challenges therein, industry participants, regulatory changes, key market participants and have a view of the future of the payments ecosystem.
- A high level of energy and desire to educate both customers and internal colleagues on the capabilities and benefits of technical, financial products, by making complex solutions understandable and engaging for your audience.
Projects you will be a part of:
- A team driving B2B payments for domestic and international flows.
- A growing payments ecosystem that offers both card-based and non-card-based solutions
- Creating new payment experiences and flows
- Working with Visa teams in other parts of the world
