Junior Innovation & Data Analytics Specialist covering maternity leave at Generali, Milan.
Support compliance innovation, data analysis, PMO and AI initiatives using Excel and Power BI.
We are looking for a Junior Innovation & Data Analytics Specialist who will support the team in managing innovation activities within Group Compliance during the maternity leave period.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Support innovation projects related to process redesign and development of tools for Group Compliance
- Contribute to data analysis activities (Excel, dashboards, basic Power BI usage)
- Support the monitoring and evolution of AI-driven initiatives (no technical development required)
- Provide PMO support to ongoing projects (tracking, coordination, documentation)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and feedback
- Support the design and improvement of tools and processes for compliance activities at Group level
- Prepare presentations and materials for internal reporting and management updates
- Ensure continuity of key initiatives during the maternity leave period
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science or similar
preferred 0–2 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, innovation or project support roles
Good knowledge of Excel (mandatory)
Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar tools
Familiarity with data analysis concepts
Basic understanding of AI topics (no coding required)
