Sustainability Governance & Reporting Intern – support group sustainability reporting and policy monitoring with Microsoft tools.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Support Group sustainability reporting (e.g. rating agencies, website, etc.)
- Support the sustainability awareness inside and outside the company
- Support the monitoring of the Group Sustainability Policy
- Support 360° to the Team (e.g. research, document preparation, etc.)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
A Master's degree in a sustainability-related discipline and knowledge of the insurance industry will be considered strong assets
Previous academic, internship, or professional experience in sustainability-related activities is appreciated
Experience gained within large or mid-sized corporations, consulting firms, research institutions, or university projects will be considered an advantage
Excellent written and spoken English
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with a particular focus on preparing effective presentations and analyzing data
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity
- Good command of Microsoft Outlook for managing communications, distribution lists, and stakeholder interactions
- Ability to use Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools to support internal communication and knowledge sharing
- Strong willingness to learn and continuously develop new technical skills
