We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Innovation & Data team, supporting both data-driven initiatives and market analysis activities within the commercial real estate business. The role is designed for a junior profile willing to develop a hybrid skillset , combining data management and analytics capabilities with a solid understanding of real estate market dynamics and investment insights . The intern will contribute to the development of data solutions while using data to generate actionable insights that support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the collection, integration, and analysis of data from multiple sources (internal and external)
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data pipelines and datasets used for analytics and reporting
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and basic data transformation activities
- Analyze market data, property performance, and macroeconomic indicators to identify trends and insights
- Support the preparation of dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Assist in the development of forecasting and analytical models
- Monitor market trends, industry news, and regulatory updates relevant to real estate
- Collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure data is effectively used
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes, tools, and analytical methodologies
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree (or currently pursuing) in Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance or related fields
- Strong interest in both data/technology and real estate market analysis
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Python (or willingness to learn)
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Proactive, curious, and willing to learn in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in English
