Title and Summary

Manager, Software DevelopmentJob Overview This role is a key member of the engineering leadership team responsible for driving delivery excellence, operational maturity, and continuous improvement of backend platforms and services. The Engineering Manager leads teams responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems built using modern Java-based microservices architectures. This role partners closely with Architecture, Program Management, Quality Engineering, Security, and Operations to translate technical roadmaps into reliable, high-quality engineering execution. It requires strong people leadership, backend technical depth, execution discipline, and operational governance, with a focus on building resilient distributed systems and high-performing teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
