Job Responsibilities
Mastercard Loyalty Solutions is the world’s largest loyalty company, a service division within Mastercard providing reward, offers and benefit programs and platforms to both financial institutions and merchants. We manage over 600m accounts on our loyalty systems serving over 2000 global clients providing outsourced services and are at the leading edge of next generation loyalty especially where it integrates with payments, working as part of a global team of consulting and technical specialists.
Job Responsibilities
- - Sell loyalty solutions (including life cycle management promotions) and services to some of the world’s largest financial Institutions across China as well as new and emerging neo banks.
- - Help financial institutions redefine loyalty strategies to achieve better business results by transitioning them to a Mastercard loyalty solution.
- - Create winning sales narratives, technical solutions and client loyalty/commercial loyalty models and be able to speak with authority and expertise in front of clients during pitches and workshops
- - Close out the deal with contracting and pricing approvals, and deliver the program service to scale up the market size
All About You
- - A dynamic business development expert, a thought leader with high energy
- - Have excellent relationship management skills, presentation skills, a good level of financial and technical acumen and a deep experience in loyalty and loyalty program management, preferably with a consultative sales approach
- - Have hands on experience in running or providing consultation to loyalty solutions/platforms for 10+ years
- - Fluent in English and Chinese
