Das sind deine Aufgaben
- Bearbeitung von Betrugsverdachtsfällen
- Kontaktaufnahme zur Transaktionsabklärungen mit Banken und Behörden
- Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung der bestehenden Fraud Prevention Prozesse
- Ergreifen von Massnahmen zur Schadensbegrenzung
- Bereitschaft zu vereinzelten Samstagseinsätzen
Das bringst du mit
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (vorzugsweise kaufm. Ausbildung) mit ausgewiesener Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Debit- und/oder Kreditkartengeschäft (vorzugsweise im Fraud Bereich)
- Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Qualitätsorientierung
- Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit klarer und professioneller Kommunikation
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englisch-kenntnisse
