Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of enterprise-grade backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and implement Microservices-based architectures for scalable and resilient systems.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Drive architecture, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Mentor and guide developers on coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in CI/CD implementation and cloud-native application development.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with Java.
- Strong expertise in Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices.
- Experience with REST APIs, Spring Cloud, API Gateway, Service Discovery, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of system design, performance tuning, and application security.
- Prior experience leading development teams and delivering complex projects.
Education : Graduation
