Your work profile
We are looking for a Manager with strong experience in regulatory coordination, audit, risk management, and database handling. The candidate will act as a key liaison between RBI and internal banking teams while ensuring compliance, governance, and operational efficiency.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO professional to support project governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and delivery tracking across multiple projects and programs. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Skills Required
- Education: Any bachelor’s or master’s degree
- 8+ years of experience in IT, business transformation, or program management, with at least 6+ years in a PMO, Program Management, or Project Governance role.
- Strong experience in project portfolio management, governance frameworks, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and business units.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
- Strong expertise in project planning, financial tracking, resource management, and dependency management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, PgMP, or related project management certifications are preferred.
