Your work profile
· Lead and support end-to-end manufacturing and operations transformation engagements across diverse industries, delivering measurable impact on efficiency, cost, and performance
· Drive operational excellence initiatives leveraging Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, OEE improvement, and continuous improvement frameworks to enhance plant productivity and performance.
· Design future-state operating models and digital manufacturing roadmaps, aligning business objectives with scalable and sustainable transformation strategies.
· Support the implementation of Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 solutions, including MES/MOM systems, IIoT platforms, Digital Twins, and advanced manufacturing analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.
· Lead the deployment of digital factory applications across client sites, ensuring production line readiness by advising stakeholders on solution architecture, data capture frameworks, and sensor signal validation
· Perform comprehensive validation of application data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and reliability of real-time data streams and KPI reporting mechanisms
· Drive adoption and value realization of digital factory solutions, supporting change management, enhancing user adoption, and ensuring delivery of measurable operational and financial outcomes aligned with defined KPIs
· Facilitate client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and process assessments, while effectively supporting solution conceptualization and demonstrations across multiple AI and digital initiatives
Key skills required
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in industrial 4.0, digital transformation, or a related area.
· Demonstrated experience in throughput improvement, operational efficiency, or quality loss reduction, ideally in a structured improvement initiative.
· Proven knowledge of manufacturing processes, systems, and industry best practices, strong knowledge of operations concepts: OEE, OLE, quality defects, manufacturing losses and production
· Strong analytical capability, with experience using Excel, dashboards, or BI tools to derive insights from large operational datasets.
· Strong awareness of emerging AI and advanced analytics technologies with a keen interest in learning, experimenting, and driving adoption of new-age AI solutions in business contexts
· Strong communication skills with the ability to influence site teams and present insights to senior stakeholders.
· Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced consulting environments with frequent site interaction
