Lead strategy for a trusted account and settlement instructions data platform—powering onboarding through settlement with controls.

As a Product Owner (Vice President) at JPMorganChase, you will lead strategy and execution for an internal cross–line of business Account and SSI (Standard Settlement Instructions) reference data platform, with accountability for outcomes across client onboarding, account maintenance, SSI maintenance, and downstream payment, settlement, and regulatory reporting processing. Sitting between upstream onboarding/KYC processes and a broad set of downstream consumers (e.g., trade allocation platforms, trade and cash settlement engines, payment/trading platforms, and reporting platforms), you will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for a trusted golden source of client account and SSI reference data.

You will drive how account and SSI data is captured, validated, approved, published, and consumed via APIs and event-driven publishing, translating complex operational, risk, and regulatory requirements into prioritized, development-ready delivery with strong controls, traceability, and auditability. You will balance new feature delivery with remediation, data quality uplift, production stability, and standards-driven change through transparent prioritization and executive-ready reporting. Success will be measured by delivering a strategic, industry-aligned, and scalable solution that reduces data proliferation, improves the operational user experience, and reduces manual touchpoints in a global, matrixed environment.
