The position is for a Program Manager responsible for leading strategic business and technology programmes from initiation through successful delivery. The role owns end-to-end programme governance, planning, financial management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, delivery oversight and benefits realization while enabling delivery teams to focus on execution.
The Program Manager ensures programmes are delivered on time, within budget, aligned to business strategy and regulatory requirements, while maintaining strong governance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage large cross-functional business and technology programmes.
• Own programme governance, delivery planning and execution.
• Build and maintain integrated programme plans and milestones.
• Drive programme financials including forecasting, budgeting and cost tracking.
• Establish programme governance forums and executive reporting.
• Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies).
• Coordinate delivery across Technology, Business, Operations and Vendors.
• Ensure programme compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements.
• Manage stakeholder communication at Executive level.
• Drive decision making through programme metrics and reporting.
• Support prioritisation of initiatives and investment decisions.
• Ensure successful business readiness and implementation.
• Track business outcomes and benefits realization.
• Lead continuous improvement across programme delivery practices.

• Deliver programmes aligned to business strategy and organisational priorities.
