Overview
You will work as Head of Corporate & Legal Affairs for Eurizon AM Croatia, in Zagreb. In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee and coordinate the Corporate Affairs and Legal activities of the Company, ensuring effective support to corporate bodies, management and internal departments.
What you’ll be doing
More specifically, you will contribute to:
- oversee Corporate Affairs activities, including governance, corporate bodies’ meetings, documentation and resolution registers;
- support Management and corporate bodies on Group regulations, delegations of authority and related-party transactions;
- provide legal advisory support on contracts, client documentation, regulatory interpretation and business requests;
- manage legal disputes and coordinate with external lawyers, public notaries and Parent Company functions;
- monitor regulatory developments for asset management products, in coordination with Compliance and AML;
- coordinate office management activities, including procurement and facility management liaison.
Who we’re looking for
If you want to turn your passion into a career and you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- 5-10 years of experience in the role;
- Relevant experience in the field of fund management companies;
- Corporate governance and company law;
- Legal advisory and contract management and Asset management regulation;
- Board secretariat and corporate documentation;
- Delegations, corporate registers and Related-party transactions;
- Litigation management, Regulatory monitoring and Compliance and AML awareness;
- Fluent in Croatian, English at a very good level; Italian (nice to have);
- Degree preferably in low, finance, economics
