We are looking for a Registration Specialist to manage the development, execution, and management of event registration sites and related attendee support activities. In this role, you will work closely with sponsors, meeting planners and clients to design registration experiences, manage attendee communications, resolve issues, produce reports, and ensure a seamless registration process. Depending on experience, the role may also include oversight of more complex events, analytics reporting, and process improvement support.
Work you'll do
As a Services Support Associate II, Meeting and Event Services on the EOX Registration team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of event registration solutions for internal and client-facing programs.
- Build, test, manage, and maintain registration sites for internal and client-facing events.
- Collaborate with sponsors and meeting planners to understand event objectives and registration requirements, including site design, question logic, and attendee experience needs.
- Manage attendee communications and provide registration support by resolving site, program, and customer service issues, as well as coordinating special requests, housing needs, and attendee changes.
- Extract, format, and deliver standard, customized, and ad hoc registration reports; support post-event reporting, reconciliation, attendance tracking, cancellations, and no-show chargebacks where applicable.
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and data integrity across registration activities while supporting multiple meetings simultaneously and contributing to process improvement initiatives and related projects.

The registration team is currently searching for a Registration Analyst to support client-facing and internal events delivered at a regional, national, and global level.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of experience in meeting registration support, events, hospitality, technology, marketing, communications, or a similar support environment.
- Experience building, testing, managing, and maintaining event registration sites.
- Experience producing registration reports and supporting attendance tracking, reconciliation, cancellations, or similar event operations activities.
- Professional proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience supporting multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting internal and client-facing events.
- Experience with event registration platforms or similar technology systems.
- Experience supporting regional, national, or global events.
- Experience with analytics reporting, process improvement, or data quality activities.
