We’re looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead the safe, efficient and sustainable operation of one of our flagship assets. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring the asset remains compliant, operationally resilient and future-ready through the delivery of technical maintenance, capital projects, sustainability initiatives and long-term asset strategies.

Working closely with the General Manager and wider Centre Management team, you'll lead a team of technical professionals, manage key supplier relationships and oversee major projects that enhance both asset performance and customer experience. You'll also take ownership of the site's Long-Term Energy Action Plan (LTEAP), helping drive our Better Places 2030 sustainability ambitions.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future performance and sustainability of a major asset while working within a collaborative and forward-thinking team. You'll have the chance to lead impactful projects, influence long-term investment decisions and contribute directly to our Better Places 2030 commitments.
