■ 具体的な業務内容

• 国内企業に対する展示会出展の誘致活動（法人営業）

• 出展企業の課題をヒアリングし、最適な出展プラン・提案内容を設計

• 政府機関、業界団体、マスコミ等との関係構築・連携強化

• 既存見本市をより大規模・高付加価値化するための戦略立案

• 市場・業界動向を踏まえた新規見本市・新規企画の立ち上げ

■ 配属

• 事業本部（展示会チーム）

【応募資格】

■ 必須条件

① 法人営業経験（5年以上）

• 顧客課題のヒアリング経験

• 提案内容の設計および価値訴求を通じた合意形成・受注経験

② 反響営業・新規開拓営業の実績

• 既存顧客の深耕にとどまらず、
  ゼロから関係構築を行い、受注まで導いた経験・実績

③ 大卒以上

■ 歓迎条件

① マネジメント／リーダー経験

• 営業チームのリーダーまたはマネージャーとしての経験

• メンバーへの営業同行、案件レビュー、数値管理等の経験

② 無形商材の営業経験

• 広告、IT、SaaS、人材、コンサル、メディア等の取り扱い経験
